Build and validate your deep tech venture with industry, Deadline: 8 September 2026

The 28DIGITAL Co-Creation Accelerator 2026–2027 is now open. This cascade funding initiative supports early-stage deep-tech startups in developing and validating innovative digital solutions through co-creation with industry partners.

The programme will support startups in transforming promising technologies into market-ready solutions by collaborating with leading corporations and SMEs on real-world innovation challenges. Through a four-month co-creation project, selected companies will validate their technology, gain early customer traction, and strengthen their commercialisation strategy while benefiting from mentoring and access to 28DIGITAL's pan-European innovation ecosystem.

Who can apply? 

The call is open to micro and small enterprises, including startups, established in EU Member States, Horizon Europe associated countries, and other eligible partner countries. Applicants should be developing deep-tech digital innovations with a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of 4–5, have at least a prototype or proof of concept, and demonstrate the capacity to carry out a four-month co-creation project.

Funding

The programme has an indicative total budget of €3.2 million. Selected startups can receive up to €250,000 in non-dilutive funding to implement their co-creation project with an industrial partner over a four-month period.
